exercise tips

1. go for a 5 minute run every hour
2. never stop moving move your fingers or something
3 stand up.
4 exercise for how long it takes you to eat
5 run alot
6when you get tired start getting angry at yourself for putting on so much weight
7 run to this tune" i will burn calories
8 if you feel like you are going to binge for for a 20 minute run
9 excersise in you bedroom
10 drink alot of water when you excercise

  1. You are an ignorant fool. It's bad enough that you are so self destructive, but posting information that is down right incorrect can harm other people. Folks tend to believe waht they read. The "crap about heart attacks and dying is NOT fake" Just because you haven't experienced it personally...yet...does not mean its not real. I know. One of my close friends when I was in high school dyed from all of that shit you are doing to yourself. She didn't intend on dying. She didn't think it was causinng harm to her either. Next thing you know, she no longer had "control" over it. Her body had been trained to reject food by all of the things she did. She could no longer eat even if she wanted to. By the time it occurred to her and those of us who loved her, that this was serious, it was too late to turn the destruction around. Don't think you know where that line is...you don't. She died at 21 years of age, a few days after Christmas. She was one of the most physically beautiful people I had ever seen in my life and she destroyed that. She was 58 pounds when she died. Oh, just to remind you, it was many many pounds heavier than that when her body shut down and the damage was too far along. She was beautiful inside too. Sweet, loving and just as ignorant as you.

  3. What if you can't run a lot? What type of exercises would you do tell me them all please. Thank you for posting this, don't listen to coachkp44. I really want to exercise, I just have no clue what exercises to do, I don't have any equipment except for a pad to lay on the floor.
